A 50% deposit (or one night's stay) is required to hold a reservation. All units have a two night minimum stay. The balance will be charged to your card 1 month before your arrival. When you arrive, your balance will be paid in full. Incidental expenses can be paid at check-out. We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
Check in time is 4-10 p.m. No early check-ins please. If no one is available to greet you, directions are provided to help you make yourself at home. Check out time is 10:30 a.m.
No pets please. We recommend Jerry and Wendy Thomas at Yellowstone Cottonwood Dog Kennels for kind care for your furry friends. They are just down the road from our place. Also nearby for horse boarding, we recommend Vern and Laurie Smith - 406-848-7477.
As a courtesy to others, smoking is not allowed inside any buildings.
As we are generally fully booked, refunds for cancellation are issued only if a cabin is rebooked. Please contact us directly if you have questions about this policy. We do our best to be kind and understanding - but we also try to keep our family fed!
If there are damages to our property or excess cleaning required, you will be assessed a charge for damages.
This business is 100 percent human operated! When it shows, we go out of our way to make things right!
